摘 要:研究分析了深部大倾角厚硬顶板条件下沿空留巷顶板运移机理以及优化了爆破切顶与巷旁密集支柱与高强恒阻锚索复合支护方式相结合的围岩结构控制技术,通过钻孔窥探及注水等方法确定顶板离层、断裂情况并现场实测沿空留巷顶板“给定变形”下沉量及巷旁支护后沿空留巷顶板向采空区侧倾斜旋转角度,结合现场工作面推采情况,研究分析得出顶板旋转下沉机理及相关数据,设计了沿空留巷巷道修复方案,形成快速综合智能化作业线,实现1907S回风巷高效修复及1907S工作面安全快速推采。现场实测得出:沿空留巷顶板“给定变形”下沉量为采高的20%~40%,向采空区倾斜角度为4°~18°,巷道顶板以上4.5 m内离层发育最为严重,最高离层发生在垂直顶板以上7.3 m处。Studies and analyzes the movement of the top-plate movement along the empty-remaining lane under the condition of deep large-inclination thick hard top plate,and optimizes the combination of blasting cutting top and laneside dense pillar and high-strength constant anchor rope composite support mode.The surrounding rock structure control technology,through drilling peeping and water injection and other methods to determine the top plate off-level,fracture situation and on-site measurement along the empty left lane roof"given deformation"subsidence and lane side support after the edge of the empty lane roof plate tilt rotation angle to the side of the empty area,combined with the on-site work surface extraction situation,the study and analysis of the top plate rotation sinking mechanism and related data,designed along the empty laneway repair scheme,the formation of a rapid integrated intelligent working line,to achieve the 1907S backwind lane efficient repair and 1907S work face safe and fast push.On-site measurements show that:along the empty lane roof"given deformation"sinking volume of 20%to 40%of the high,tilt angle to the mining area is 4°to 18°,the roadway roof above 4.5 m range of off-level development is the most serious,the highest outer layer occurs above the vertical top plate 7.3 m.
