摘 要:初采调斜开采的工作面顶板破断机理及矿压显现与正常回采不同。以某煤矿工作面调斜开采为背景,分析调斜开采过程中工作面液压支架载荷分布情况和回采巷道超前支护段变形特征,并利用ANSYS对调斜开采三角形顶板破断的演化过程进行探究。研究结果表明:调斜开采的工作面采空区顶板将呈现“三角形”悬顶,初次来压时,三角顶板以内心为中心部分垮落。调斜开采工作面矿压显现具有非对称、非均匀现象,支承压力向调斜开采推进侧集中。最后,给出了矿压控制的建议。Roof breakage mechanism and underground pressure behavior in rotation-adjustment mining coalface differ from the normal mining coalface.With a coalface of one coal mine as the research background,analyzes the load distribution of the hydraulic support in the workface and the deformation characteristics of the advanced support section of the mining roadway during the inclined mining process.The ANSYS software is employs to investigate the breakage evolution of the triangle roof at coalface with rotation adjustment mining.The research results show that there will be a"triangular"suspended roof while rotation adjustment mining.The triangle roof partially caves centering around its inner center during the initial weighting.The pressure behavior appears asymmetrical and non-uniform,and the supporting pressure is concentrated on the adjustment mining side.Finally,suggestions for underground pressure control are given.
