摘  要:带式输送机因其运输距离远、经济性高等优势被广泛应用于煤炭开采中,在分析带式输送机运行状态监控原理的基础上,设计了带式输送机运行状态监控系统的硬件结构、软件功能以及软件运行流程。将蚁群聚类算法用于设备部件的故障诊断中,并以压力变送器为例构建故障诊断模型。Belt conveyors are widely used in coal mining due to the long transportation distance and high economic efficiency.Based on the analysis of the monitoring principles of belt conveyor operating conditions,the hardware structure of the belt conveyor operating status monitoring system,software functions and software operating procedures are designed.The ant colony clustering algorithm is used in the fault diagnosis of equipment components,and the fault diagnosis model is constructed by taking the pressure transmitter as an example.
