摘  要:随着绿色矿业的快速发展,煤炭资源的优化利用逐步受到重视。配煤入洗,可以利用各种煤在性质上的相辅相成,生产出符合质量要求的产品,进而有效降低原料煤成本。以中蒙边境线甘其毛都口岸入选的近外蒙原煤作为研究对象,实验分析了不同原煤的可选性和煤质性质,进而选取了适宜的配煤入洗基础骨架煤,通过配合煤浮沉实验、煤质分析和经济效益比较,确定了3种最优的配煤入洗方案,在保证精煤指标的前提下,降低了配煤成本,提高了稀缺煤种的利用率,增加了选煤厂的经济效益。同时,该实验研究也可为后续优化配煤提供一定的数据支撑。With the rapid development of green mining industry,the optimal utilization of coal resources has been paid more and more attention.Coal blending and washing can make use of the complementary properties of various coals to produce products that meet the quality requirements,so as to effectively reduce the cost of raw coal.The raw coal near Mongolia selected from Ganqimaodu port along the border between China and Mongolia is taken as the research object,the washability and coal quality of different raw coal are analyzed experimentally,and then the suitable coal blending for washing basic framework coal is selected.Through coal floating and sinking experiment,coal quality analysis and economic benefit comparison,three optimal coal blending and washing schemes are determined.On the premise of ensuring clean coal index,the cost of coal blending is reduced,the utilization rate of scarce coal is improved,and the economic benefit of coal preparation plant is increased.At the same time,the experimental study can also provide some data support for the subsequent optimization of coal blending.
