摘　　要：油气井筒复杂的环境常常会导致水泥环形成微裂隙,从而导致井筒环空带压,给后期油气生产带来极大的麻烦。韧性自修复水泥浆能够确保水泥石微裂缝自动修复,还能够有效降低水泥石微裂隙的形成,最大限度地延长水泥环的封固能力,有效降低并消除油气井环空带压的形成。为构建性能优良的韧性自修复水泥浆体系,室内对各单剂进行了优选,确定了合适的加量,并对水泥浆体系的综合性能进行了评测。研究结果表明,构建的水泥浆体系的自修复性能和力学性能较好,具体配方为:三峡G级水泥+45%淡水+3%降滤失剂CGJ-1+0.5%减阻剂QJC+0.5%缓凝剂HS-X+0.5%消泡剂+20%胶乳粉+4%自修复剂GQF-1,水泥浆性能均能满足固井施工的要求,水泥石60h渗透率自修复率能够达到80%左右,能够满足水泥石自修复性的要求。In the production of oil and gas wells,there are great safety risks in the annulus pressure of wellbore.The self-repairing cement slurry can ensure the automatic repair of micro cracks of cement stone,effectively reduce the formation of micro cracks of cement stone,maximize the sealing capacity of cement ring,effectively reduce and eliminate the formation of annulus pressure in oil and gas wells.In order to construct a self-repairing cement slurry system with excellent properties,the single agent is optimized indoors,the appropriate dosage is determined and the comprehensive performance of the cement slurry system is evaluated.The results show that the self-repairing and mechanical properties of the cement slurry system are good.The specific formula is:100%cement SX/G+45%fresh water+3%fluid loss reducer CGJ-1+0.5%drag reducer QJC+0.5%retarder HS-X+0.5%defoamer+15%latex+4%self-repairing agent GQF-1.The cement slurry performance can meet the requirements of cementing operation,and the self-repairing rate of cement stone permeability can reach about 80%in 60 h,which can meet the requirements of self-repairing performance of cement paste.
