摘 要:首先采用双酚E型氰酸酯树脂单体作为超声分散介质,利用超声的方法对二硫化钼(Mo S_(2))进行纳米剥离。然后再采用机械搅拌的方法将聚砜树脂(PSF)插入到剥离时产生的S原子缺失位点上,从而得到PSF-Mo S_(2)纳米片,并对其进行表征。然后再将PSF-Mo S_(2)悬浮液与环氧树脂(EP)充分混合,组成PSF-Mo S_(2)/EP/CE复合胶粘剂体系,研究其用量及分散程度对机械性能、耐热性和热稳定性能的影响。随着PSF-Mo S_(2)加入量的增多,复合体系的玻璃化转变点Tg不断向高温方向移动。当PSF-Mo S_(2)纳米片含量为0.10wt%时,复合体系的拉伸强度、冲击强度、拉伸剪切强度均达到最大值,分别为108.9MPa(增幅约20%),22.1k J/m^(2),(增幅约为220%),22.3MPa(增幅约11%)。The MoS_(2) is nano-exfoliated by the ultrasonic method in a bisphenol E cyanate ester monomer firstly.Then the polysulfone(PSF)is inserted into the S atom missing sites of MoS_(2) which generate during the exfoliating process by the mechanical agitation method to prepare the functionalized MoS_(2) nanosheets(PSF-MoS_(2)).And the structure of PSF-MoS_(2) is characterized.The suspension of PSF/MoS_(2) nanosheets is completely mixed with epoxy resin to form the nano-composite adhesive system(PSF-MoS_(2)/EP/CE).The effects of the dispersion degree and content of PSF-MoS_(2) on the mechanical performance,heat resistance and heat stability are studied.With the increase of PSF-MoS_(2) contents,the Tg of the nano-composite system moves to the higher temperature.When the content of PSF-MoS_(2) nanosheets is 0.10 wt%,the tensile strength,the impact strength and the tensile shear strength of the nano-composite system all reach the maximum value,which are 108.9 MPa(increases by about 20%),22.1 kJ/m^(2)(increases by about 220%)and 22.3 MPa(increases by about 11%)respectively.
