摘  要:针对战伤抢修对于修理快速高效的需求研制了微波固化胶粘剂。对微波吸收剂加入量、固化工艺等因素进行了考察,同时进行了修理后试验件的静载荷和疲劳性能测试验证。结果表明,胶粘剂中加入5%微波吸收剂时对胶粘剂热固化的性能影响较小。采用适宜的微波固化工艺可实现胶粘剂良好固化,常温拉伸剪切测试可达到复合材料破坏,120℃下仍有6.6MPa的强度。对含孔边裂纹金属试验件的修补试验表明,经微波固化胶粘剂干法和湿法修理后试件的承载性能大幅恢复,满足飞机飞行需要。The microwave curing adhesives are developed to meet the requirements of fast and efficient repairing of battle damage.The influences of microwave absorbent content and curing process are analyzed,and the static load and fatigue properties of repaired samples are tested.The results show that the addition of 5%microwave absorbent has small effects on the performance of the adhesive during thermal curing process.When the composite material is bonded to the metal test pieces,a suitable microwave curing process can be used to achieve a good curing of the adhesive.The tensile shear test at room temperature can achieve the composite material failure,and the strength is 6.6 MPa at 120°C.The repair test of the metal test piece with hole edge cracks shows that the load-bearing performance is greatly restored after the dry and wet repairs by microwave curing adhesive,which can meet the needs of aircraft flight.
