摘 要:根据氨基甲酸钼(Mo DTC)的抗压抗磨性能、石墨烯的自润滑性能、苯三唑衍生物的抗氧化抗腐蚀性能复合出一种抗磨剂。通过四球摩擦磨损实验确定三元复合的最佳配比。通过台架实验探究复合抗磨剂对柴油发动机油耗的影响。结果表明氨基甲酸钼(Mo DTC)、苯三唑衍生物、石墨烯质量分数分别为1.25%,0.05%、0.045%时抗磨效果最佳。使用三元复合抗磨剂后发动机油节油率可达3.61%。Based on the antiwear properties of molybdenum carbamate(MoDTC),the self-lubricating properties of graphene and the anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties of benzotriazole derivatives,an antiwear agent is compounded.The best ratio of ternary composite is determined through the four-ball friction and wear experiment.The influence of composite anti-wear agent on the engine fuel consumption of diesel is explored through b ench test.The results show that the best antiwear effect is obtained when the mass fraction of molybdenum carbamate(MoDTC),benzotriazole derivative and graphene are respectively 1.25%,0.05%and 0.045%.The rate of fuel saving of the engine can reach 3.61%after using the ternary composite antiwear agent.
