摘 要:采用水热法制备26面体Cu_(2)O微晶,并利用水合肼的强还原性在Cu_(2)O表面生成Cu微粒,成功地制备了Cu_(2)O/Cu复合材料。利用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜研究了材料的结构和组成;利用紫外-可见分光光度计分析了不同组成材料的类过氧化物酶催化性能;利用荧光分光光度计分析了材料的催化反应机理。结果表明:性能最佳的Cu_(2)O/Cu复合材料在60min内对甲基橙的降解率达到了99.7%,较纯Cu_(2)O材料(34.7%)有极大提升,而且催化剂稳定性强,经过五次循环,仍可保持93.3%的降解率。The Cu_(2) O/Cu composite material is successfully prepared by the strong reductivity of hydrazine hydrate to generate Cu particles on the surface of 26-facet Cu_(2) O microcrystal which is synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)are used to systematically characterize the morphology,crystal structure and elemental composition of the material.The peroxidase-like catalytic properties of different materials are studied through the UV-visible spectrophotometer.And the catalytic mechanism of the material is analyzed with the fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results show that the Cu_(2) O/Cu composite material exhibits a good catalytic activity for degrading methyl orange.The catalytic degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 99.7%within 60 min,which is significantly higher than that of pure Cu_(2) O material(34.7%).Moreover,the degradation rate of methyl orange remains at 93.3%after 5 cycles of use.
