摘  要:燃煤电厂产生的废水水质差,量大,成分复杂,处理成本高,当下许多燃煤电厂在处理脱硫废水时所使用的都是传统的三联箱处理工艺。经此处理过的废水含有许多无法分离的钙镁离子,同时具有很高的含盐量,处理后的废水水质情况不稳定,有较高的结垢性和腐蚀性,对环境危害较大。针对传统处理后废水离子的难分离问题,采用了全膜法对脱硫废水进行软化—高压反渗透—纳滤工艺三个步骤综合处理,对原水和产水的浊度、含盐量和电导率进行测定和对比,实验证明,经过化学软化处理后的产水浊度去除率最高可达到94%,高压反渗透膜对TMF工艺处理后的脱盐率达95%,纳滤工艺对废水中残存的离子的截留率达到94%,经过全膜法处理后产水的各项指标都达到了标准,具有较大的可行性。The wastewater produced by coal-fired power plants has the disadvantages,such as poor quality,large amounts,complex components and high treatment costs.At present,many coal-fired power plants use traditional three-header treatment processes to treat desulfurized wastewater.The treated wastewater contains many inseparable calcium and magnesium ions,and has a high salt content,and the quality of the treated wastewater is unstable with a high scaling and corrosiveness,which is harmful to the environment.In view of the difficult separation of wastewater ions after traditional treatment,the full membrane method is adopted for the integrated treatment of desulfurized wastewater in three steps which are softening,high pressure reverse osmosis and nanofiltration process,and the turbidity,salinity and conductivity of raw water and produced water are measured and compared.The experiment proves that the turbidity removal rate of produced water after chemical softening treatment can reach 94%,the desalination rate of high pressure reverse osmosis membrane for TMF process reaches 95%,and the retention rate of residual ions in wastewater by nanofiltration process reaches 94%,and the indicators of produced water after full membrane method treatment all meet the standard,which means this treatment process a greater feasibility.
