摘 要:为了研究延长油田当前清防蜡剂现场使用情况,对预设原油物性分析、药剂配伍性分析、清蜡剂优选判定及用量实验评价展开系统论述。选用了D、A、Y、X、Z区域井组实验样,依靠实验室现有分析天平、清防蜡剂测试仪、恒温水浴和闭口闪点仪进行了实验。实验结果为:测定井组析蜡温度综合>46℃,个别井样超过55℃,与现场不同工况下生产简报吻合。实际操作中需要注意变换加药策略;研究区同一井组储层物性差异较大,不排除注水开发过程影响,测定4#清蜡剂和防蜡剂在高光射灯照射下出现乳化现象,但均无结块现象发生。其余药剂配伍性实验良好;依据相关标准判定3种实验优选药剂,代表性单井油样下的溶蜡速率均≥0.016g/min,综合比对现场使用效果合规。效果最优的2#清蜡剂在不同单井油样中的溶蜡速率分别为0.023g/min、0.023g/min、0.019g/min,防蜡剂用量最佳经济适用点在0.2%~0.3%浓度左右。In order to study the field application of paraffin remover and inhibitor in Yanchang oilfield,the physical property analysis of crude oil,the compatibility analysis of paraffin remover,the optimization and determination of paraffin remover and the experimental evaluation of dosage are systematically discussed.In order to calibrate the experimental tools,the experimental samples of D,A,Y,X and Z well groups are selected.And relying on the existing laboratory analytical balance,paraffin remover tester,constant temperature water bath and closed flash point tester,the scientific experiments are carried out.The results show that the wax precipitation temperature of well group is more than 46℃and that of individual well sample is more than 55℃,which is consistent with the production report under different working conditions.In the actual operation,it is necessary to pay attention to changing the dosing strategy;the physical properties of the same well group in the study area are quite different,so the influence of water injection development process cannot be ruled out.The paraffin remover and inhibitor 4#are emulsified under the irradiation of high light spotlight,but there is no caking phenomenon.And the rest agents all have good compatibility.According to the relevant standards,the wax dissolving rates of the three experimental optimized agents in the representative single well oil samples are all equal or greater than 0.016 g/min,and the comprehensive comparison of the field use effect is in compliance.The results show that the wax dissolving rate of the best paraffin remover 2#is 0.023 g/min,0.023 g/min and 0.019 g/min respectively for different single well oil samples,and the best economic application concentration of paraffin inhibitor is about 0.2%~0.3%.
