摘　　要：硅酮密封胶因其优异的粘结密封性、对基材无腐蚀性、优良的耐候性且使用方便,被广泛地应用于建筑、电子电气、航天航空、汽车工业、医药卫生等领域。但硅酮胶受影响的因素众多,主要研究了有无烘烤的气相白炭黑、不同添加量的气相白炭黑和不同含水量的纳米碳酸钙对单组分脱醇RTV-1硅橡胶性能的影响。研究表明,脱醇型硅酮密封胶配方中加入气相白炭黑含量为20%其力学性能能达到最佳;当纳米碳酸钙的水分含量在0.2%~0.5%时,其物理性能和力学性能会更好。Because of its excellent bonding,sealing properties,non-corrosion to the substrate,good weather resistance and convenient operation,the silicone sealants are widely used in the fields of construction,electronic and electric,aerospace,automotive industry,medicine and health,etc.However,there are many factors that affect silicone rubber.The influences of presence or absence of baking fumed silica,different adding amounts of fumed silica and nano-calcium carbonate with different water contents on the performances of one-component dealcoholized RTV-1 silicone rubber are studied.And the research shows that adding fumed silica into the dealcoholized silicone sealant formulation with a content of 20%can achieve the best mechanical properties;when the water content of nano-calcium carbonate is 0.2%~0.5%,its physical and mechanical properties will be greater.
