摘　　要：环卫版推土机一般适用于大中型垃圾处理厂,作业环境恶劣。常规环卫版推土机大多采用倾斜管路外置的设计方案,推土机作业时,会有大量垃圾堆积在底部斜支撑处,该处裸露的管路,易被塑料垃圾缠绕和扯拉,爆管、漏油的现象时有发生。为此,提出一种适用于环卫版推土机的倾斜管路内置式方案,介绍倾斜管路内置式方案中分油块、倾斜液压缸和管路的设计方法和要求,并分析倾斜管路内置式方案的优缺点。实践证明,倾斜管路内置式方案是环卫版推土机一种高效可行的管路布置方案。Sanitation dozers are generally suitable for large and medium-sized waste treatment plants with poor working environment.Most of the conventional sanitation dozers adopt the design plan with the inclined pipeline externally installed.When the dozer is operating,a large amount of waste will accumulate on the inclined support at the bottom where the exposed pipeline is easy to be tangled and pulled by plastic waste and pipe explosion and oil leakage occur on occasion.Therefore,a plan of built-in inclined pipeline suitable for sanitation dozer is proposed,design methods and requirements for oil separator,inclined hydraulic cylinder and pipeline in the built-in inclined pipeline plan are introduced,and the pros and cons of the plan are analyzed.Practice has proved that the built-in inclined pipeline plan is an efficient and feasible pipeline layout plan for sanitation dozer.
