摘  要:转向液压系统是轮式装载机中最为重要的液压系统之一,直接影响整机的安全性能、作业效率、能耗及操作舒适性。目前轮式装载机转向液压系统存在非转向工况下高压溢流,因起止时刻振动而操作舒适性较差,高速行走时出现转向"发飘"等问题。通过详细阐述一种新型高压流量放大阀的特性及控制功能和装载机转向液压系统的特点,研究装载机转向液压系统中高压流量放大阀的设计理念及设计特点,以提高装载机的转向舒适性、安全可靠性和能量利用率。Steering hydraulic system is one of the most important hydraulic systems in wheel loader,which directly affects the safety performance,operation efficiency,energy consumption and operation comfort of the whole machine.At present,there are some problems in the steering hydraulic system of wheel loader,such as high-pressure overflow under nonsteering conditions,poor operation comfort due to vibration at the start and stop moments and steering"drifting"when travelling at high speed.By expounding the characteristics and control functions of a new type of high-pressure flow amplifying valve and the characteristics of steering hydraulic system of loader,the design concept and design characteristics of the high-pressure flow amplifying valve in steering hydraulic system of loader are studied,so as to improve the steering comfort,safety reliability and energy utilization of loader.
