摘　　要：越野轮胎起重机具有结构紧凑、机动灵活、作业高效等优点,常应用于建筑工地、矿山建设、油气田建设、路桥施工及工矿企业生产等固定场区内的吊装、搬运作业。随着近年来基础建设增加,越野轮胎起重机的市场需求开始复苏,亚洲、北美成为两大主要市场,占比超过70%。根据分析,从工况需求和产品结构变化来看,中大吨位产品需求量增长显著,尤其是80~110 t产品,5年间增长超过4倍,并且逐步向极致化、智能化、人性化、节能环保等方向发展。作为市场后进入者的中国制造商,在该背景下想要扩大市场份额,推动我国越野轮胎起重机产业更好地发展,需要在产品可靠性、操纵舒适性、使用经济性以及核心零部件研发等方面加大研发力度,在产品、营销、服务等方面体现差异化,展现特有优势。Rough terrain tyre crane has the advantages of compact structure,flexibility and high efficiency,and is often used for hoisting and handling operations in fixed sites such as construction sites,mine construction,oil and gas field construction,road and bridge construction and industrial and mining enterprises production.With the increase of infrastructure in recent years,the market demand of rough terrain tyre crane recovers,while Asia and North America become the two major markets,accounting for more than 70%.According to the analysis,from the perspective of working condition demand and product structure change,the demand for products of medium and large tonnage has increased significantly,especially for products of 80-90 t which have increased by more than four times in five years and are gradually developing towards perfection,intelligence,humanization,energy conservation and environmental protection.As a late entrant to the market,to expand the market share in this context and to promote the better development of rough terrain tyre crane industry,Chinese manufacturers need to focus on R&D of product reliability,operation comfort,use economy and core components,reflect differentiation in terms of products,marketing and services and demonstrate unique advantages.
