摘　　要：目的探讨“4C”延续护理模式对产妇产褥期的生活质量与母乳喂养自我效能的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2019年2—12月某三级医院产科住院的136名产妇为研究对象。按照随机数字表随机分为对照组和干预组,每组68名。对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在对照组的基础上应用“4C”延续护理模式进行干预。采用简明健康调查量表、母乳喂养自信心量表比较两组产妇干预前后的生活质量与母乳喂养自我效能。本研究共发放问卷136份,回收有效问卷126份,有效回收率为92.65%。结果干预组产妇干预后的简明健康调查量表、母乳喂养自信心量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“4C”延续护理模式能提高产妇产褥期的生活质量,提高其母乳喂养自我效能。Objective To explore the influence of the"4C"continuous nursing model on the quality of life and breastfeeding self-efficacy of puerperium women.Methods A total of 136 puerperium women in a tertiary hospital from February to December 2019 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 68 cases in each group.Conventional nursing methods were applied in the control group,while"4C"continuous nursing model was applied on the basis of the control group in the intervention group.The MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale were applied to compare the quality of life and breastfeeding self-efficacy between the two groups before and after the intervention.In this study,a total of 136 questionnaires were issued and 126 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective response rate was 92.65%.Results The scores of SF-36 and Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The"4C"continuous nursing model can improve the quality of life of puerperium women and improve the self-efficacy of breastfeeding.
