摘　　要：慢性病病程长且难自愈,照护工作限制慢性病患者照顾者的正常社交活动,目前该人群的社会网络水平不大理想。本文介绍了慢性病患者照顾者社会网络的质性研究、评估工具、影响因素研究及改善照顾者社会网络水平的干预措施,旨在为改善慢性病患者照顾者社会网络水平,帮助其获取优质护理资源,从而减轻照顾负担、改善慢性病患者生活质量提供参考。Chronic diseases have a long course and are difficult to heal on their own.Care work restricts the normal social activities of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases,and the social network level of this population is currently not ideal.This article introduces the qualitative research,evaluation tools and influencing factors of social network of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases and intervention measures to improve the social network of caregivers,so as to provide reference for improving the social network level of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases and helping them obtain high-quality nursing resources,thus reducing the burden of care and improving quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
