摘　　要：通过对军民融合协同创新障碍因素的分析,认为支点缺失、渠道不通是军民融合的痛点。构建了政府主导的军民融合信息平台建设及内容,形成政府搭台、安全可控、需求牵引、供给创新、动态平衡、各方收益的军民融合生态体系,从而促进军工企业、民间企业、高校科研机构、金融资本、政府、中介机构等互融互通,协同创新,实现服务国防、促进经济增长、服务社会的目标。This paper analyzes and identifies that the lacked fulcrum and inefficient information channel are the main obstacles of collaborative innovation during military-civilian integration.Based on such finding,this paper constructs a government-led information platform of military-civilian integration,which aims to forms a safe,controllable,innovative and dynamic ecological system.The proposed information platform is expected to promote the mutual integration and collaborative innovation of all related parties(military enterprises,private enterprises,research institutions,financial institutions,government,and intermediary institutions)so as to achieve the goal of serving the society and promoting economy growth.
