摘　　要：签署《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)是我国加入世界贸易组织后的又一重大开放成果,对于促进形成更高水平对外开放格局具有重要战略意义。本文从梳理我国自贸区战略的历史发展脉络出发,分析签署RCEP对我国自贸区战略的理论发展和实践突破,力图为进一步深化研究提供新的视角;同时,立足国内“十四五”规划建设开局起步和美国拜登政府上台后世界经贸格局面临新调整的背景形势,分析新时期实现自贸区提升战略的风险挑战,提出进一步构建面向全球的高标准自贸区网络的政策建议。The signature of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) is another major achievement of opening up after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, which is of great strategic significance for promoting the formation of a higher level of opening up pattern. By reviewing the historical development of China’s FTA strategy, this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical breakthrough of signing RCEP on China’s FTA strategy, trying to provide a new perspective for further deepening the research. At the same time, based on the background situation that 14 th Five-Year Plan for economic and social development started and the world economic and trade pattern is facing new adjustment after the Biden administration took office, this paper analyzes the risks and challenges of realizing the promotion strategy of free trade zone in the new period, and puts forward policy suggestions for further building a global high standard free trade zone network.
