摘 要:为探究绿色认证是否促进农户绿色防控技术采用以及从哪些方面推广绿色防控技术,基于陕西省绿色认证地区和非认证地区的298份实地调研数据,利用二元Logit回归模型实证分析绿色认证对农户绿色防控技术采用的影响。结果表明:样本农户中绿色认证农户百分比为43.62%;绿色认证显著促进了农户绿色防控技术的采用,但绿色认证覆盖率还不高,需要进一步推广。农户绿色认证价格增加预期、绿色认证制度认知、绿色认证达标情况、受教育水平、风险态度、家庭种植劳动力人数显著促进了农户绿色防控技术采用,而农户蔬菜种植收入占家庭总收入的比重对农户绿色防控技术采用具有显著负向作用。据此,提出应提高农户参与绿色认证的积极性,加大力度向农户宣传绿色认证制度,加强对绿色认证地区的年度监管与后评估,严格规范经认证的农产品可追溯营商环境,充分发挥优质优价农产品的市场调节激励作用等政策建议。In order to explore whether green certification promotes farmers’ adoption of non-chemical pest control and how to promote it, we applied binary logit regression model to empirically analyze the impact of green certification on farmerss’ adoption of non-chemical pest control based on 298 field survey data from green certification areas and non-certified areas in Shaanxi province. The results show that: Among the sample farmers, the percentage of green certified farmers is 43.62%;green certification has significantly promoted the adoption of non-chemical pest control for farmers, but the coverage rate of green certification is not high and needs to be further promoted. The farmerss’ expection of higher price of green certification, awareness of the green certification system, compliance with green certification, education level, risk attitudes, and the number of household planting labor significantly promote the adoption of non-chemical pest control by farmers, and the proportion of vegetable planting income in total household income has a significant negative effect on the adoption of non-chemical pest control. Accordingly, it is suggested to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in green certification, strengthen the publicity of green certification system to farmers, strengthen the annual supervision and post-evaluation of green certification in green certification areas, strictly regulate the traceability business environment of certified agricultural products, and give full play to the market regulation and incentive role of high-quality and high-price agricultural products.
