君子消痞汤联合隔药灸“三门穴”治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的效果及其对胃动力学、胃肠道激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究君子消痞汤联合隔药灸"三门穴"治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的效果及其对胃动力学、胃肠道激素水平的影响。方法:选取119例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合隔药灸"三门穴"治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用君子消痞汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、胃轻瘫症状、胃动力学及胃肠道激素水平的变化。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃收缩频率及胃排空率升高幅度优于对照组,胃排空时间降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)升高幅度优于对照组,胆囊收缩素(CCK)降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:君子消痞汤联合隔药灸"三门穴"治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床效果显著,可改善胃动力学,并有效调节胃肠激素水平,在临床中具有推广意义。Objective:To investigate the effects of Junzi Xiaopi decoction combined with herbal cone-partitioned moxibustion at"Sanmen acupoint"in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis and its influence on gastrodynamics and gastrointestinal hormone levels and its influence on the gastrodynamics and gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods:119 cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients were selected as the research objects,and randomized into the control group and observation group.The control group were treated with oral mosapril citrate tablet combined with cone-partitioned moxibustion at"Sanmen acupoint",while the observation group were additionally treated with Junzi Xiaopi decoction on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptoms of gastroparesis,and changes of the gastric dynamics and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between patients in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05)after treatment;the increase of gastric contraction frequency and gastric emptying rate in observation group was significantly better than that in control group,and the decrease of gastric emptying time in observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the increase of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the decrease rate of cholecystokinin(CCK)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Junzi Xiaopi decoction combined with herbal cone-partitioned moxibustion at"Sanmen acupoint"has significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis patients.It can effectively improve the gastric dynamics and regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,which has the significance of promotion in clinical practice.
