中药补肾调经方治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致月经不调的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药补肾调经方治疗卵巢储备功能下降所致月经不调的临床效果。方法:选取126例因卵巢储备功能下降导致的月经不调患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用补肾调经汤进行治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效,分别于治疗前后,观察两组的中医证候积分和血清性激素的变化并记录两组治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率95.2%高于对照组的84.1%(P<0.05);观察组患者的黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平均低于对照组,雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率为6.34%,与对照组患者治疗的12.70%比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾调经方可以改善卵巢储备功能下降所致月经不调患者的临床症状,提高治疗有效率。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tiaojing recipe in the treatment of patients with irregular menstruation caused by decreased ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:126 patients with irregular menstruation caused by DOR were randomized into the observation group and control group,each with 63 cases.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group were treated with Bushen Tiaojing recipe.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The changes of TCM syndrome scores and serum sex hormones in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded during treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.2%,which was significantly higher than 84.1%of control group(P<0.05);levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle generating hormone(FSH)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and level of estradiol(E2)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group during treatment was 6.34%,which was not significantly different from 12.70%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tiaojing recipe can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with irregular menstruation caused by DOR,and improve its clinical efficacy.
