我国财政性教育投入对经济增长贡献度区域差异研究

摘　　要：教育投资与经济增长之间有着明显互动影响效应,我国各省域单位不同的经济基础决定了各地区教育投入水平差异性,也影响教育投入对经济增长的贡献程度。以2000-2018年31个省域单位(不含港澳台地区)教育及经济相关指标为基础,构建变系数面板数据模型,结合教育投入水平相关指标进行聚类分析,深入研究各省域单位教育投入对经济增长贡献程度的差异性。研究发现:(1)教育投入对经济增长存在显著的正向效应,并具有时间滞后性;(2)各省域单位教育投入对经济增长贡献程度有较为明显的差异,大致呈现出东、中、西依次递减的态势。因此,新时代背景下,各地区在教育投资管理方面,除了继续加大教育投资力度之外,还应因地制宜,采取相应措施,提高教育资金使用效率,进而更好地提升教育投资对当地经济的推动作用。There is an obvious interaction effect between education investment and economic growth.The different economic basis of each province determines the difference of education investment level in each region,and also affects the contribution of education investment to economic growth.Based on the education and economic-related indicators in 31 provincial units from 2000 to 2018,the variable coefficient panel data model is constructed,and the cluster analysis is carried out in combination with the indicators related to the level of education investment to further study the difference of the contribution degree of education investment of provincial units to economic growth.The results show that:(1)education investment has a significant positive and time lag effect on economic growth;(2)there are obvious differences in the degree of contribution of educational input to economic growth between provinces and regions,which generally show a trend of decreasing in the east,middle and west.Therefore,in the context of the new era,in terms of education investment management,in addition to continuing to increase education investment,all regions should take appropriate measures according to local conditions to improve the efficiency of the use of education funds,and then better enhance the role of education investment in promoting the local economy.
