摘　　要：本文重点阐述了国内外近5年来已上市或正在Ⅱ/Ⅲ期临床试验的抗菌新药概况,包括新型β-内酰胺酶抑制剂及其复合制剂、噁唑烷酮类、四环素类、氨基糖苷类、糖肽类、喹诺酮类、抗真菌新药、环脂肽类及抗分枝杆菌新药等九类抗耐药菌的新品种,介绍了27种新药的抗菌活性、耐药主要机制及临床研究等新进展,为临床应用这些抗菌药物提供了参考。This article reviews the status quo of new antimicrobial agents that have been approved or undergoing phaseⅡ/Ⅲclinical trials in last five years at home and abroad,including newβ-lactamase inhibitors and their compound preparations,oxazolidinones,tetracyclines,aminoglycosides,glycopeptides,quinolones,new antifungal agents,cyclic lipopeptides and new anti-mycobacterial agents.The antibacterial activities,main mechanisms of drug resistance,and progress of clinical studies of 27 new drugs were introduced to provide a reference for their clinical application.
