摘　　要：南海西部油田某井使用PD X5旋转导向工具,安全顺利高效完成裸眼侧钻作业。主要从侧钻点选择,钻具组合优化以及侧钻施工过程等方面,详细总结讨论了使用PD X5旋转导向工具进行裸眼侧钻的技术措施,为类似旋转导向工具裸眼侧钻作业提供了参考与借鉴。We performed the borehole sidetrack operation with PD X5 rotary directional tool in well of west of South China Sea safety and efficiency.This essay summarizes and discusses the technical method of borehole sidetrack with PD X5 rotary directional tool from sidetrack point choice,optimization of bottom hole assembly,and sidetrack operation,which will provide the reference for sidetrack drilling with rotary directional tool similar as this well.
