摘　　要：3#喷气燃料(RP-3)作为航空涡轮发动机燃料,其质量要求严格,储运过程中输送设备设施的洁净状况以及输送过程管控措施直接影响RP-3质量。本文基于质量策划的方法,识别新建管道输送喷气燃料、已投产管道改输喷气燃料以及投产后改线过程所影响的喷气燃料技术指标;明确为保证以上技术指标合格,需采取的清管、浸润、冲洗等油品质量保障措施;结合在安合管道RP-3投产过程中质量控制措施的应用实践,表明目标实现过程中所采取的措施可靠、有效;确定通过各项措施的落实,RP-3管输质量可达到预期目标。RP-3 is a kind of aviation turbine engine fuel with strict quality requirements.The cleanliness of conveying equipment and facilities during storage and transportation and the control measures during conveying directly affect the quality of RP 3.By using the method of quality planning,this paper determines the influence of the new pipeline jet fuel transportation process;the change of jet fuel from the production pipeline to the production pipeline,and the replacement of the production line after the production on the jet fuel technical index;combined with the application of quality control measures of AnQing-HeFei pipeline RP-3 in the production process,it is proved that the measures taken in the process of achieving the target are reliable and effective;the crude oil quality of the pipeline can reach the expected target through the implementation of various measures.
