摘  要:M油田注入水含有0.2ppm的溶解氧,Cl^(-)含量为155,000mg/L为研究优选M油田注水井适用该环境的油套管钢,在油田水处理单元的入口、出口处分别对13Cr和25Cr进行200天和100天的挂片测试,发现13Cr发生严重局部腐蚀且平均腐蚀速率高;25Cr平均腐蚀率较低,可满足使用要求,综合考虑经济性、耐蚀性,推荐25Cr作为注水井的油套管钢。The content of O_(2) in injected water of M oilfield is 0.2ppm and the concentration of Cl^(-)is 155,000 mg/L.In order to study and optimize the casing and tubing steels for injection wells in M Oilfield,13Cr and 25Cr coupons were tested in inlet and outlet of water injection system for 200 and 100 days.It was found that 13Cr steel had serious local corrosion and high general corrosion rates;however,the general corrosion rates of 25Cr steel were very low,which can meet the use requirement.Considering the economy and corrosion resistance,25Cr is recommended as the casing and tubing steels for injection wells.
