摘 要:随着近年渤海海域油气生产平台的建设步入高峰期,海上进行平台安装施工及钻修井生产作业的相关安全要求不断更新,对于固定平台的总体设计也基于已实施项目的经验之上持续改进。在确保项目投资收益最优的前提下,合理布置油气生产平台的井口区,以满足平台安装的安全要求以及后期钻修井作业的空间需求,是对于固定平台总体设计非常关键的考虑要素。通过大量的项目实践,目前已摸索总结出一系列针对渤海油气田不同项目需求的工程设计方案,可以满足施工作业的安全要求。In recent years,with the construction of oil and gas production platform in Bohai Sea entering the peak period,the safety requirements for offshore platform installation and drilling and workover operations are constantly updated,and the overall design of fixed platform is also continuously improved based on the experience of implemented projects.On the premise of ensuring the optimal investment income of the project,the reasonable layout of the wellhead area of the oil and gas production platform to meet the safety requirements of platform installation and the space requirements of drilling and workover operation in the later stage is a very key consideration for the overall design of the fixed platform.Through a lot of project practice,a series of engineering design schemes for different project requirements of Bohai oil and gas field have been summarized,which can meet the safety requirements of construction operation.
