摘 要:大位移井钻井代表了当今世界上的最高钻井技术,它已成为开发边际油田最为有效的手段之一。近年来,东海海域应用大位移钻井技术,成功钻成几口水平位移大于3000m的井,为东海高质量发展做出了巨大贡献。东海海域地层复杂,具有高研磨性、低可钻性等特点,针对东海海域大位移井的轨迹控制,初始造斜及上部井段一般采用螺杆马达导向控制技术完成,下部井段利用旋转导向完成大角度稳斜段及降斜段钻进。通过对东海某大位移井项目定向钻井技术的研究,分析了大位移井钻井技术难点,应用大位移井井眼轨迹控制技术、导向钻具的优选、稳定器尺寸及钻头选型等措施,并结合实例分析导向钻具技术在东海的成功作业经验,为后续类似井施工提供良好的借鉴。Extended-reach well drilling represents the highest drilling technology in the world today,and it has become one of the most effective means to develop marginal oil fields.In recent years,the application of extended-reach drilling technology in the East China Sea has successfully drilled several extended-reach wells with a horizontal displacement greater than 3000 meters,which has made great contributions to the high-quality development of the East China Sea.The East China Sea has complex stratum,with high abrasiveness and low drill-ability.Regarding the trajectory control of extended reach wells in the East China Sea,the initial deflection and upper well sections are generally completed by PDM steering control technology,and the deeper well section uses RSS control technology to complete the drilling of the large-angle stable and decreasing sections.Based on the research of the directional drilling technology of an extended reach well project in the East China Sea,this paper analyzes the technical difficulties of extended reach well drilling,applies the extended reach well trajectory control technology,the optimization of steering drilling tools,stabilizer size and bit selection and other measures.In addition,the successful operation experience of steering drilling tool technology in the East China Sea is analyzed in combination with examples,which provides a good reference for the subsequent construction of similar wells.
