摘  要:Z型异质结由于具有促进载流子分离能力和保持较高氧化还原能力的优点成为近几年光催化领域的研究热点之一.本文通过水热法制备了ZnO/CoO/CDs(碳点)的Z型异质结复合材料,有效的电荷传输促进了复合材料光催化产氢能力.同时CDs的引入调节了复合材料的形貌,提供更多的反应活性位点.产氢测试结果表明,ZnO/CoO/CDs Z型异质结复合材料的产氢量是ZnO/CDs单一光催化剂的2倍多,说明该材料在光催化分解水领域具有潜在应用前景.该工作思路为基于CDs的Z型异质结光催化剂材料的设计合成提供一定理论指导.Photocatalysis is considered to be a promising way to alleviate the energy crisis by converting sunlight into hydrogen.However,this technology currently faces major challenges,such as weak visible light collection capabilities,high photogenerated carriers recombination rate,and insufficient reaction sites.Among them,the rapid recombination of photogenerated carriers is considered to be one of the de-cisive factors.In the photocatalytic system,the recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs can be prevented by adjusting the charge transfer path,thereby effectively improving the catalytic activity.Type-Ⅱ heterojunction has been used in many photocatalytic systems to accelerate the separation of photogenerated carriers.Generally,in the Type-Ⅱ heterojunction,photogenerated electrons tend to migrate to a more positive conduction band,and photogenerated holes tend to migrate to a more negative valence band.Therefore,although the Type-Ⅱ heterojunction can effectively promote the migration of carriers,it also damages the redox ability of semiconductors to a certain extent.In this regard,the Z-scheme heterojunction with a specific charge transfer path can not only inhibit the recombination of carriers,but also maintain the strong oxidation and reduction ability,which has attracted much interest in the field of photocatalysis in recent years.In addition,carbon dots(CDs)are widely used in the field of electrocatalysis,photocatalysis and photoluminescence due to their good electron transport capabilities,unique up-conversion photoluminescence characteristics,low cost,good conductivity,high stability,no pollution,and easy surface functionalization.Its surface contains many functional groups(such as —NH2,—OH,—COOH,etc.),which can recombine with metal ions or semiconductors with empty d orbitals to form a relatively stable composite material.Combining carbon dots with semiconductors can not only improve the electron transport capacity of the composite material,but also adjust the morphology of the composite
