摘 要:目的研究剑叶三宝木Trigonostemonxyphophylloides的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,结合现代波谱技术及理化常数鉴定结构。结果从剑叶三宝木中分离得到了12个化合物,包括8个二萜类、2个香豆素类、1个苯基丙烯衍生物、1个木脂素类,分别鉴定为补骨脂素(1)、异补骨脂素(2)、3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂醛(3)、domohinone(4)、12-hydroxy-13-methylpodocarpa-9,11,13-trien-3-one(5)、sonderianol(6)、trigonostemone(7)、trigoxyphin N(8)、trigonochinene E(9)、trigoxyphin A(10)、trigoxyphin Q(11)、2,6,2′,6′-四甲氧基-4,4′-双(2,3-环氧-1-羟丙基)联苯(12)。结论化合物1~5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物6、7、9、11、12为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from Trigonostemon xyphophylloides. Methods The constituents were isolated from the stems of T. xyphophylloides. and purified by column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral analysis and chemical methods. Results A total of 12 compounds were isolated from T. xyphophylloides, including eight diterpenoids, two coumarins, one phenyl propene derivatives and one lignan, and the structures were identified as psoralen(1),isopsoralen(2), 3,4,5-trimethoxy cinnamaldehyde(3), domohinone(4), 12-hydroxy-13-methylpodocarpa-9,11,13-trien-3-one(5),sonderianol(6), trigonostemone(7), trigoxyphin N(8), trigonochinene E(9), trigoxyphin A(10), trigoxyphin Q(11),2,6,2′,6′-tetramethoxy-4,4′-bis(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl)biphenyl(12). Conclusion Compounds 1—5, are isolated from the genus Trigonostemon for the first time and compounds 6,7,9,11,12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
