摘　　要：鸦胆子为苦木科鸦胆子属植物鸦胆子Bruceajavanica的干燥成熟果实,具有截疟、止痢、治疗赘疣及清热解毒等功效。鸦胆子化学成分丰富,其中含量最高的成分为苦木素类化合物,其具有多种药理作用,如抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗医学原虫、抗人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)、分解脂肪、治疗帕金森病及脊髓性肌萎缩等。对鸦胆子中的苦木素类化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为鸦胆子的深入研究提供参考和依据。Yadanzi(Bruceae Fructus) is the dried ripe fruit of Brucea javanica. It has the efficacy of preventing malaria,stoppingdysentery and treating verruca, clearing heat and removing toxin from the body and so on. Bruceae Fructus is rich in chemical composition, quassinoids have the highest content, which have a variety of pharmacological effects, such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammation, anti-malarial, anti-amoeba, anti-HPV, lipolysis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease and spinal muscular atrophy.In this paper, the chemical composition and their pharmacological activities of quassinoids in Bruceae Fructus were reviewed to provide the reference and basis for further study of Bruceae Fructus.
