摘 要:针对综采工作面纯水液压支架立柱初撑力严重不足、不均问题,在深入分析现有纯水液压支架自动增压阀结构特点的基础上,设计一种新型全液控式连续自动增压阀,由双顶杆式单向阀和二位三通液控换向阀等组成,避免了增压活塞密封过孔问题,通过试验对方案的可行性进行了验证。试验结果表明,全液控式连续自动增压阀兼有低压大流量升柱和高压小流量自动连续增压特性,可实现长寿命、高可靠增压工作,能有效保证纯水液压支架立柱初撑力的要求,为煤矿安全高效生产提供技术支撑。Aiming at the problems of serious shortage and imbalance of the initial support force of the pure water hydraulic support column in the fully mechanized mining face, based on the in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics of the automatic booster valve of the existing pure water hydraulic support, a new type of fully hydraulically controlled continuous automatic booster valve was designed, which is composed of a double top rod one-way valve and a two-position three-way hydraulically controll reversing valve, avoided the sealing hole problem of the booster piston. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by experiments. The test results show that the fully hydraulic controll continuous automatic booster valve has the characteristics of low pressure and large flow lifting column, and high pressure and small flow automatic continuous booster, which can realize long life and high reliability booster work, effectively ensure the initial support force of hydraulic support column,and provide technical support for coal mine safety and efficient production.
