摘 要:介绍了ZDY4300LK井下智能钻机的主要技术参数、特征优势和矿井试验条件,以及钻机在大佛寺煤矿的工业性试验情况。通过工业性试验,验证了钻机整体结构的设计合理性、自动化钻进关键部件可靠性、电液控制系统及遥控系统的可靠性以及自动钻进功能的实用性等,达到预期的研发目标和设计要求,符合煤矿井下钻孔自动化施工的工艺要求,提高了施工人员的安全性,降低了劳动强度。Introduced the main technical parameters, characteristic advantages and the mine test conditions of ZDY4300LK underground automatic drilling rig, and introduced the industrial test in Dafosi coal mine. Through the industrial test, the design rationality of the overall structure of the drilling rig, the reliability of key components for automatic drilling, the reliability of electro-hydraulic control system and remote control system, and the practicality of automatic drilling function were verified, which reached the expected research and development goals and design requirements, met the technological requirements of automatic drilling in coal mine, enhanced the safety of construction personnel, and reduced the labor intensity.
