摘 要:针对1.3~1.8 m较薄煤层国产采煤机牵引速度低的现状,提出一种牵引速度可达20 m/min的较薄煤层高速牵引行走系统。对该牵引行走系统的行走轮受力和强度进行了分析和校核,对行走轮层深接触疲劳强度进行了研究;对导向滑靴进行了受力和有限元分析,对导向滑靴的耐磨性进行了研究,分析了其化学成分、硬度以及芯部金相组织。介绍了满足较薄煤层采煤机高速牵引行走系统的90 kW紧凑型变频器。研究成果可为较薄煤层采煤机高速、高可靠性牵引行走系统设计提供借鉴。In view of the low traction speed of domestic shearer in 1.3~1.8 m thin coal seam, proposed a high-speed traction walking system with traction speed up to 20 m/min in thin coal seam. The force and strength of the walking wheel of the traction walking system were analyzed and checked, and the deep contact fatigue strength of the walking wheel layer was studied;the force and finite element analysis of the guide slipper were carried out, and the wear resistance of the guide slipper was studied,and its chemical composition, hardness and core metallographic structure were analyzed. The 90 kW compact inverter of the system meet the requirements for high-speed traction walking of shearer in thin coal seam was introduced. The research results can provide reference for the design of high-speed and high reliability traction walking system of shearer in thinner coal seam.
