摘　　要：锚杆转载机组是集锚杆锚索支护、转载、破碎、履带行走于一体的综合性设备,是为实现掘锚机工作面的快速掘进而研发设计的。锚杆转载机组通过与掘锚机进行合理的掘、锚作业分工,有效地解决了掘进工作面中采用单体锚杆钻机巷道支护用人多、劳动强度大、工作效率低、安全性差等问题,并在转运物料系统增加了破碎装置以提高运输效率。The bolter-conveyor unit is a comprehensive equipment integrates bolt/cable supporting,material conveying, crushing and crawler walking. It was developed and designed to rapid tunneling of the working face of the anchor digging machine. By reasonable division of tunneling and supporting with anchor digging machine, the bolter-conveyor unit effectively solved the problems of many people,high labor intensity, low work efficiency and poor safety caused in the roadway support of the single anchor drilling rig in the heading face, and added a crushing device in the material convey system to increase transport efficiency.
