摘　　要：通过建立适当的力学模型与物理模型,对内置滚筒的预紧螺栓、键等核心零件进行设计计算与强度校核,从而选择合适的型材截面与标准件,并对重要的配合接触面的过盈量进行反复核算,确保材料强度满足设计要求。Through the establishment of appropriate mechanical model and physical model, the design calculation and strength check of core parts, such as pre-tightening bolts and keys of the built-in drum,so as to select the appropriate profile section and standard parts, and repeated accounting the interference of the important contact surface to ensure that the material strength meets the design requirements.
