摘 要:针对某7 m大采高综采工作面采煤机调高油缸频繁损坏情况,结合油缸布置形式、安装关系和实际工况,从油缸加工工艺、工况、安全系数方面进行改进,建立油缸力学模型,计算出调高油缸受力极限位置,并对极限位置的调高油缸受力、稳定性和油缸运动时间进行计算验证。结果表明,改进后油缸能够适应该7 m大采高工作面,实现无故障采煤9.6 Mt,为今后超大采高采煤机调高油缸设计积累了成功经验。Aiming at the frequent damage of the height-adjusting oil cylinder of the shearer in a 7 m large mining height fully mechanized working face, combined with the cylinder layout, installation relationship and actual working conditions, the cylinder processing technology, working conditions, and safety factors were improved to establish the cylinder mechanics model, calculated the force limit position of the height-adjusting cylinder, and calculated and verified the force and stability of the height-adjusting cylinder at the limit position and the movement time of the cylinder. The results show that the improved oil cylinder can adapt to the 7 m large mining height working face and realize trouble-free mining of 9.6 million tons of coal, which lays a successful experience for the design of the height-adjusting oil cylinder of the super large mining height shearer in the future.
