摘  要:基于超声波时差法的测量原理,采用Z形径式安装换能器,设计换能器的固定外套,优化管道结构,实现了换能器既方便拆卸,且定位准确,具有适用性高、稳定性好的特点,大大减小了因换能器安装的机械误差所带来的流量测量误差。Based on the measurement principle of the ultrasonic time difference method, adopts the Z-shape ra dial installation transducer, designed the fixed jacket of the transducer, optimized the pipeline structure, and realized that the transducer is easy to disassemble and the positioning is accurate. It has high applicability and stability, greatly reduces the flow measurement error caused by the mechanical error of the transducer installation.
