综采超前轻便型运输单体柱滑道车的设计

摘　　要：基于超前支护影响作业面工作效率和职工健康,设计了综采超前轻便型运输单体柱滑道车。该型滑道车具有结构轻巧、使用方便、操作简单的特点,在燕子山矿得到推广应用。应用效果表明该滑道车具有制造简单、成本低、强度高、易于滑动、滑动稳定的特点,彻底改变了以往人工运输单体柱的方式,同时实现了工作面安全高效生产,创造了较高的经济效益。Based on the fact that the over-front support affects the work efficiency and workers'health,a new design of the over-front light-weight transport monolithic column slide car was developed for the Yanzishan Mine,which has the features of light structure,convenient use and simple operation.The application effect shows that the slide car has the features of simple manufacture,low cost,high strength,easy sliding and stable sliding,which completely changed the way of manual transportation of monolithic column in the past,and at the same time realized the safe and efficient production of working face and created high economic benefits.
