摘  要:针对封闭深孔多头内螺旋槽型结构夹紧块零件加工区域冗余空间小,排屑不畅,散热效果差,自制R刀加工一致性较差、刚性差且磨损较快,切削过程中出现的让刀严重,装夹复杂等因素导致加工质量差,生产效率低等问题,分析和阐述了制约封闭深孔多头内螺旋槽型结构零件加工质量和效率的影响因素,提出了以铣代车加工方法,针对性的采取优化的工艺措施,确保了质量稳定和生产效率的提升。In view of the problems such as small redundant space in the machining area,poor chip evacuation,poor heat dissipation,poor consistency,poor rigidity and fast wear of the self-made R-cutter,severe tool letting during cutting,complex clamping and other factors leading to poor machining quality and low production efficiency,we analyze and elaborate the factors that restrict the machining quality and efficiency of the closed deep-hole multi-head internal spiral groove structure parts.The factors affecting the machining quality and efficiency of closed deep-hole multihead internal spiral groove structure parts are analyzed and elaborated,and the milling instead of turning machining method is proposed,and the optimized process measures are targeted to ensure stable quality and improved production efficiency.
