摘  要:分析采煤机牵引速度、滚筒转速、截深及煤岩坚固性系数等四个因素对行星机构疲劳寿命的影响。分析认为,随着牵引速度、截深、煤岩坚固性系数的增大,采煤机行星机构疲劳寿命逐渐减小,而随着滚筒转速的增大,采煤机行星机构疲劳寿命逐渐增大。因此,在工程实际开采中,可通过采煤机协同调速系统来改变滚筒转速、牵引速度,进而来调节改善其疲劳寿命。The effects of four factors on the fatigue life of planetary mechanism of coal mining machine,such as traction speed,drum speed,cutting depth and coal rock solidity factor,are analyzed.The analysis concluded that the fatigue life of planetary mechanism of coal mining machine gradually decreases with the increase of traction speed,cut-off depth and coal rock solidity factor,while the fatigue life of planetary mechanism of coal mining machine gradually increases with the increase of drum rotational speed.Therefore,in the actual engineering mining,the drum speed and traction speed can be changed by the cooperative speed control system of coal miner to regulate and improve its fatigue life.
