采煤机减震防滑装置的分析与应用

摘　　要：鉴于采煤机在煤矿井下大倾角薄煤层巷道开采时存在震动和滑脱的问题,运用一种采煤机的减震防滑装置。在对该装置的结构、工作原理、特点和优势进行分析的基础上,将该装置在MG2×160/745-BFD型采煤机上进行了安装调试,而后在永安煤矿11050工作面进行实践应用,取得了显著的应用效果。In view of the problems of vibration and slippage of coal mining machine when mining thin coal seam roadway with large inclination angle in coal mine,a vibration damping and anti-slip device for coal mining machine is provided,and based on the analysis of the structure,working principle,characteristics and advantages of the device,the device is installed and commissioned on MG2×160/745-BFD coal mining machine,and then it is carried out in Yong'an coal mine 11050 working face.The device was installed and commissioned on MG2×160/745-BFD coal miner,and then applied in Yong'an coal mine 11050 working face,and achieved remarkable application effect.
