采煤机滚筒镐型截齿的失效分析及研究

摘　　要：针对滚筒采煤机中镐型截齿的工作过程,采用有限元分析的形式对其应力及变形进行分析,确认其最大应力及变形的位置,以及容易引发截齿的磨损及失效。针对截齿的失效形式,提出了一系列的改进措施,从而提高截齿的寿命和可靠性,保证矿井开采的效率。The stress and deformation of the pick-type gears in the drum coal mining machine are analyzed in the form of finite element analysis to confirm the location of the maximum stress and deformation,as well as the wear and failure of the gears.A series of improvement measures are proposed to improve the life and reliability of the cut-off gears to ensure the efficiency of mining.
