急倾斜综采工作面下端头安全防护装置的设计分析

摘　　要：针对为解决综采工作面下端头易出现飞矸、落煤等安全隐患问题,而设计的一种用于急倾斜综采工作面下端头安全防护的装置,介绍其结构,分析了其具体应用方法与工作原理,并总结了该装置的主要特点与应用优势。经实际应用表明,该装置解决了综采工作面下端头的安全防护问题,保障了矿井安全生产。Aiming at the problem of safety hazards such as flying gangue and falling coal at the lower end of the comprehensive mining working face,a device for safety protection at the lower end of the sharply inclined comprehensive mining working face was designed by making the hydraulic device cooperate with the mechanical device.After practical application,it solves the safety protection problem of the lower end of the comprehensive mining face and ensures the safe production of the mine.
