低位放顶煤液压支架插板失效原因分析与安装技术研究

摘　　要：为给低位放顶煤液压支架顺利安装插板,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿N2103工作面使用的低位放顶煤液压支架插板安装为例,分析了液压支架插板受力情况,探讨了液压支架插板跌落及插板顶失效原因,提出了液压支架安装插板的具体工艺流程。实际应用结果表明,通过给液压支架安装插板有助于进一步提高综放工作面采煤工作的安全效益与经济效益,可为类似工况下的液压支架插板安装提供参考。In order to smoothly install the insert plate for th e hydraulic bracket of low-level capping coal,the installation of the insert plate for the hydraulic bracket of low-level capping coal used in the N2103 working face of a mine of Jineng Holding Coal Industry Group is taken as an example,the force situation of the insert plate for the hydraulic bracket is analyzed,the causes of the fall of the insert plate and the failure of the top of the insert plate are discussed,and the specific process of installing the insert plate for the hydraulic bracket is proposed.The practical application results show that the installation of the insert plate for the hydraulic support can help to further improve the safety and economic benefits of coal mining at the comprehensive working face,and can provide reference for the installation of the insert plate for the hydraulic support under similar working conditions.
