摘　　要：为提高胶带输送机运行的自动化智能化水平,基于传统胶带输送机控制系统现存的不足,设计了胶带输送机自动控制系统。介绍了系统的总体结构,分析了系统主要功能,设计了系统的硬件部分与软件部分。经实际应用可知,该自动控制系统的应用减少了井下工作人员数量,降低了胶带输送机故障率,节约了胶带输送机运行成本,使胶带输送机实现了节能增效。In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of tape conveyor operation,based on the existing deficiencies of traditional tape conveyor control system,the tape conveyor automatic control system is designed,the overall structure of the system is introduced,the main functions of the system are analyzed,and the hardware part and software part of the system are designed.The application of the automatic control system has saved the number of underground workers,reduced the failure rate of the tape conveyor,saved the operating cost of the tape conveyor,and made the tape conveyor energy-saving and efficient.
