摘  要:针对某煤炭企业井下移动变电站高压侧配电装置故障率高、故障监测与诊断系统不完善等问题,开展高压真空配电装置故障识别系统设计工作。结果显示,系统运行稳定可靠,满足煤矿高压真空配电装置故障识别的要求。相关统计结果显示,故障识别系统的应用,提高了煤矿高压真空配电装置故障排除效率,减少了运行维护人员,减少了故障停机时间,降低了煤炭掘进成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of high failure rate of high-voltage side distribution device of underground mobile substation in a coal enterprise and imperfect fault monitoring and diagnosis system, the design of fault identification system for high-voltage vacuum distribution device was carried out. The results show that the system runs stably and reliably, which meets the requirement of fault identification of high-pressure vacuum distribution device in coal mine.Relevant statistical results show that the application of fault identification system improves the troubleshooting efficiency of high-pressure vacuum power distribution device in coal mine, reduces the operation and maintenance personnel, reduces the downtime, reduces the cost of coal excavation, and creates more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
