摘 要:为了解决传统刮板输送机驱动系统功率不平衡的问题,在刮板输送机驱动系统基础上对驱动系统进行优化设计,提出以电流平均值控制转矩的方法控制机头机尾电机功率的方案,同时对刮板输送机驱动系统通讯模式及保护装置进行了优化,通过现场实践验证了优化的可行性,为刮板输送机变频驱动系统优化做出一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of power imbalance of traditional scraper conveyor drive system,this paper optimizes the drive system design on the basis of scraper conveyor drive system,proposes the scheme of controlling the power of head and tail motor by the method of current average control torque,and also optimizes the communication mode and protection device of scraper conveyor drive system,verifies the feasibility of optimization through field practice,and provides a certain reference for the scraper The feasibility of the optimization is verified through field practice,which is a reference for the optimization of the frequency conversion drive system of scraper conveyor.
