摘 要:大型电铲作为露天矿山开采的核心装备,主要依靠人工经验操作去挖掘,存在一些问题。基于此,具体探析了国内外智慧矿山发展现状、国外电铲智能化发展现状、国内电铲信息化和智能化发展现状、电铲信息化和智能化发展趋势,为提高电铲全方位状态监测、较好自主检测修复能力、高效开采能力和极佳无人化作业水平,推动露天矿山安全、高效、绿色、智能开采奠定理论基础。As the core equipment of open pit mining,large electric shovel mainly relies on manual experience operation to excavate,there are some problems,based on which,the current situation of domestic and foreign intelligent mine development,the current situation of foreign electric shovel intelligent development,the current situation of domestic electric shovel informatization and intelligent development,the development trend of electric shovel informatization and intelligence,in order to improve the electric shovel all-round condition monitoring,better independent detection and repair ability,efficient mining It is aimed at improving the all-round condition monitoring,better independent in spection and repair capability,high-efficiency mining and excellent unmanned operation level,and promoting safe,efficient,green and intelligent mining in open-pit mines.
